Wonderful low-impact exercises. Seated participants welcome.
These low-impact forms of exercise are highly accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages
and abilities, including seated participants. Gentle-flowing movement builds muscle, core
strength, stamina, flexibility, range of motion, improved balance, and coordination. Expect to
enjoy a renewed sense of vigor, energy, and an overall feeling o f well-being.

The Calaveras Senior Center offers a place for local residents to meet for a good meal, chat, play cards, and make use of many available services.
Although most of the activities offered are geared toward seniors, everyone is welcome, especially to the wonderful lunches.
